Before work begins

You may request cancellation before we begin editorial review or distribution. Approved pre-work cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

After review or distribution begins

Once editorial review, submission, or distribution has started, the package is generally non-refundable because third-party and production costs have been committed.

Delivery issues

If we cannot deliver the confirmed package scope, contact us so we can investigate. Depending on the issue, we may replace an eligible placement, repeat the affected work, or refund the undelivered portion.
